Cercis siliquastrum is a beautiful Spring flowering deciduous tree growing to 12 m x 10 m  at a medium rate.
A hardy tree, it will grow in most soils in semi-shade or full sun and is not frost tender.
Can tolerate some drought and can fix nitrogen in the soil.
